On 25 May 2018, the European Union’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force. This is a regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) aimed at harmonising the rules for processing personal data within the EU.

Information regarding the protection of personal data.

Natural persons, natural persons conducting registered business activity, natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units without legal personality should be informed that the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC apply to them with regard to personal data.

The administrator conducts the processing of your personal data such as:

• Name and surname,,
• Address,
• E-mail address,
• NIP tax identification number.

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of GDPR, that is:

• for the performance of a contract to which you are a party.

Disclosing one’s personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the contract / preparing the quote.

Failure to provide personal data by you will result in the inability to conclude and perform the contract.

The data you provide shall not be passed on to third parties, third countries or International Organisations. “Except for data provided to entities processing data on the Controller’s request, including accounting, forwarding or transport companies – such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and exclusively in accordance with its instructions.

However, the institutions authorized by law, such as:

• Public institutions,
• Organs of government,
• Public administrations,
• Courts,
• Prosecution Authorities and all Institutions and Entities authorised under the law to receive information can be recipients of the data.

Your personal data will be processed by P.P.H.U. DUET, Piotr Bęben for the period necessary for the completion of legitimate business interests of the company until the expiry of the obligation to keep them under the law, in particular the obligation to keep accounting documents related to the contract.

You are also entitled to the following:

• demand access to your personal data from the Administrator, pursuant to Art. 15 of GDPR,
• demand the correction, erasure or restriction in processing of your personal data from the Administrator, pursuant to Art. 16, 17, 18 of GDPR,
• the right to transfer your personal data (Art. 20 GDPR),
• the right to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR),
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR),
